Shipping and Returns
We ship USPS  with any purchase. If you need expedited shipping for any reason, please contact us. If you are local to the area, you may choose porch pick up. 

Returns 
We want you to have the very best experience when shopping at Whistle Britches. If your order is incorrect, please contact us right away. We offer store credit or exchange for all returns. We kindly ask that if you need to exchange an item that you contact us as soon as possible, in order for us to set aside a replacement item.
We will accept items in original packaging, with tags intact, that has been unworn or unwashed within 14 days of
purchase.

Holiday items must be received by 7 business days prior to
the holiday. If your holiday purchase is placed within 7 business days prior to the holiday, it is considered final sale.
Hairbows, Socks, Tights, and Custom Orders are Final Sale.

Returns for Online Orders
Items eligible for return:
All items are un-washed, un-worn, and have original tags
attached.
Items are recevied within 14 days from the original purchase
date.
Credit will be issused in the form of store credit only. If your
return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.
We suggest that you sent items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for
items that are lost while in transit to us.

Once we receive your item, it will be processed with 1-3 business days at which your will be issued store credit or your replacement item will be shipped. If we ship a replacement item, the customer is responsible for shipping cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non
refundable.

CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY
Orders
We are happy to personalize any item purchased within our store.
We also customize items provided by the customer. However, we reserve the right to refuse poor quality items. It is our intent to focus on the quality of the personalization on items in store that are designed for high quality personalization. Additionally, by only adding personalization to items we carry, it will result in a quicker processing time for our 
customers.
Allow 14-20 business days for custom orders and monograms. We encourage you to allow extra time during holidays and big events (ex. back to school). If you need your item(s) sooner, we are happy to try to accommodate you based on availability. ANY order to be completed within 5 business days with incur a $10.00 rush fee per item.

Custom Item Returns
All custom items are FINAL sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. If your item is flawed due to a mistake on our part, we will replace it as
quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. (ex. mispelled word, incorrect color).
If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your order, we will try to accomodate you and will also share the cost with you. (please make sure that you have followed the care instructions)
